FOCUS Missionaries & Staff Only Story Groups

In a FOCUS Catholic Story Group, you’re invited to explore the stories of your life and see how God, the Author of your life, is calling you toward deeper healing, wholeness, and holiness. 

Through guided reflection, writing, and group sharing, you’ll begin to:

• Grow in understanding about how your past has shaped your present.  
• Craft and share your story in a safe, sacred space and experience being deeply seen, known, and loved as you discover God’s redemptive work in your life. 
• Become more embodied as you learn how to deeply attune to others.
• Learn how to effectively repair when you’ve been hurt by someone or have inadvertently hurt others. This is a must-have life skill!

You’ll leave with greater self-understanding, deeper attunement to others, and a renewed sense of God’s love shaping every chapter of your life. There are two groups being offered at this time:

Sundays, 2-4pm EST, beginning February 22, 2026 register here

Catholic Story Groups are uniquely cultivated environments for you to feel the finest details in your stories of harm as you bring these narratives out of dark and forgotten isolated corners and into a warm and attuned community. All story groups are facilitated by a trained professional in a group context and a seamless learning environment. Our story groups are deeply informed by our Catholic faith, so you can expect your experience to include inspiring prayer and adherence to the authentic Catholic Tradition.
